NORWALK — The City of Norwalk has suspended the solicitation permit issued to Limitless Management LLC, doing business as Frontier Communication, for 120 days starting today.
The suspension follows multiple arrests related to unlicensed solicitors, solicitation after dark, and aggressive practices against residents, including on properties with no soliciting signs posted.
Norwalk regulations mandate that solicitation is only conducted by licensed employees of companies holding a valid permit, with solicitors required to display clearly identifiable information.
City ordinances further prohibit solicitation after dusk and on properties with “No Trespass” or “No Solicitation” signage.
