1 min read

GENESEO — A Livonia resident has been arrested on charges of felony bail jumping after failing to appear for scheduled court appearances.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office began investigating the matter on Dec. 6, when 48-year-old Troy Struble did not attend his court session.

A warrant was issued for Struble’s arrest on charges of felony bail jumping in the second degree.

On Feb. 28, sheriff’s deputies located Struble in the Village of Dansville and arrested him.

He was transported to the Livingston County Jail and processed for pre-arraignment detention.

Struble was arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part in front of Village of Geneseo Judge Bushnell.

Due to Struble having more than two prior felony convictions, the District Attorney’s Office recommended that he be held without bail.

Judge Bushnell ordered Struble to be remanded without bail.
