BOLIVAR — Village of Bolivar Police have charged two men from Olean following an incident on March 3 in the parking lot of a local business.
Caiden J. Passmore, 18, is facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a Class D felony.
Adam M. Clayton, 19, has been charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, along with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, both Class D felonies.
Both were initially held at the Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at CAP Court.
