PROVIDENCE — On Feb. 28, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Richard Caron, of West Warwick, for possession with the intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, cocaine, and possession with the intent to deliver a Schedule I/II controlled substance, marijuana.
Caron was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third Division District.
On March 3, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Lisa McManaman, 55, of North Providence, for obtaining property by false pretenses and exploitation of an elder over $100,000.
McManaman was arraigned in Providence Superior Court and processed at State Police Headquarters.
