EPPING — A third person has been arrested in connection to a November 2023 assault outside of a diner in Portsmouth.
On Saturday, March 1, Shannon Goodwin, 39, of Dundalk, Maryland, turned herself in on a warrant issued by the New Hampshire State Police.
She faces three misdemeanor charges of simple assault and a disorderly conduct violation.
Shannon Goodwin was arrested and processed by Troop A after surrendering at the Newington Police Department.
She is scheduled to be arraigned March 24 in Portsmouth District Court.
Earlier, Kevin P. Goodwin, 41, of Dundalk, Maryland, turned himself in on May 9, 2024.
Kevin Goodwin is charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct and is scheduled to be arraigned June 24 in the 10th Circuit Portsmouth District Court.
The investigation into the incident began after officers from the Portsmouth Police Department responded to a report of a fight at a diner on Fleet Street on Nov. 22, 2023.
Aaron Goodwin, 45, of Eliot, Maine, a former Portsmouth police officer, was among those involved in the incident.
Arrest warrants were also issued for Aaron Goodwin and Kevin Goodwin.
Aaron Goodwin surrendered himself on March 15, 2024, and was released on personal recognizance bail.
The investigation remains ongoing.
