ONEONTA — A Milford, N.Y., man was arrested Saturday in Otsego County following an investigation related to a complaint in the Town of Hartwick.
Justin M. Ingalls, 42, was located by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office, which discovered he had an active warrant of arrest issued by the Oneonta Police Department.
Ingalls was taken into custody and subsequently turned over to the Oneonta Police Department.
He is scheduled to appear at Oneonta City Court to address the warrant.
