ONEONTA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Janel M. Whitbeck, 49, of Franklin.
Whitbeck was arrested on March 1 on charges of petit larceny following an investigation into a larceny in progress at Walmart located at 5054 State Highway 23, Town of Oneonta.
She was processed and subsequently released on an appearance ticket.
Whitbeck is scheduled to appear in Town of Oneonta Court at a later date to address the charges.
