ELMIRA — The Elmira Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man captured on Wegmans security cameras.
On Feb. 28, the suspect was seen placing a large quantity of merchandise into a shopping cart and exiting the store without paying.
Authorities urge anyone with information to call 607-737-5626 or send a message through the department’s Facebook page.
