Sturbridge police seek public’s help in locating woman with restraining order violation

STURBRIDGE — A Sturbridge police officer conducted a motor vehicle stop at approximately 12:30 p.m. Monday near 178 Main Street at Shaw’s Plaza.

During the stop, the passenger provided false information, and the driver fled the area.

The police investigation identified the passenger as Cierra Lewis, who was found to be in violation of a restraining order.

The Sturbridge Police Department, in collaboration with the Massachusetts State Police, deployed resources to locate Lewis.

She remains at large.

Police have stated that Lewis is not considered dangerous and poses no threat to the public.
