SALAMANCA — Salamanca police issued multiple tickets and made several arrests in late February, according to a police blotter released March 1.
On Feb. 25, Wesley Kindt, 58, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and obstructing traffic.
Police reported that Kindt was under the influence of alcohol and disrupting traffic on Broad Street.
He was held pending arraignment in Salamanca City Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
On Feb. 26, Kevin Glowacki, 47, was arrested on charges including assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident.
Glowacki was processed and held pending arraignment, during which he was served with orders of protection.
Within the same report, William Abrams, 48, faced charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
He received citations for operating a motor vehicle without a license and for an uninspected motor vehicle during a traffic stop.
Abrams was issued an appearance ticket to appear in court, and a licensed driver moved the vehicle.
Amanda Gunn, 38, was taken into custody for felony grand larceny in the fourth degree after an investigation.
She was processed and issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
On Feb. 28, police issued a Universal Traffic Ticket for speeding to a motorist in Salamanca.
On March 1, Joseph Sherlock, 27, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and operating a suspended motor vehicle after a traffic stop.
Following the issuance of an appearance ticket, his vehicle was towed from the scene.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
