KINGSTON — Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of a 42-year-old man from Kingston for felony DWI.
On Feb. 14, at approximately 9:55 p.m., deputies observed a traffic violation and initiated a traffic stop on Liberty Street in the City of Kingston.
The subsequent investigation alleges the defendant was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition with his 4-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
The defendant was charged with the felony of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle and the misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated.
He was arrested, processed, and subsequently released with an appearance ticket to appear in Kingston City Court on a future date and time.
