MILFORD — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Derek Jordan, 44, on several charges following a traffic stop.
The arrest took place on Feb. 25 after officers noticed Jordan displaying an expired inspection certificate.
Upon investigation, authorities discovered Jordan was operating with a suspended New York State driver’s license and had multiple outstanding warrants.
He was subsequently turned over to the Oneonta Police Department.
Jordan has been charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, being an unlicensed operator, and having an expired inspection.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket to return to Milford Town Court at a later date.
