New Hartford police arrest three men on felony drug charges

NEW HARTFORD — Three men were arrested on felony drug charges following a New Hartford Police Department investigation that concluded with a search warrant execution Thursday morning at a residence on Oakdale Ave.

Members of the New Hartford Police Department Criminal Investigation Division and Uniformed Patrol Division searched the property and seized quantities of crack cocaine, drug scales, and packaging materials.

Todd Williams, 52, was charged with one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.

Jazmond Davis, 42, faces the same set of charges as Williams.

Desmond Washington, 48, was charged with one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, two counts of first-degree criminal possession of paraphernalia, a class D felony, one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.

The three men were processed at the New Hartford Police Department and transported to Oneida County Jail for arraignment in the Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
