ORRINGTON — A Bangor man was arrested Feb. 25 after several theft and trespassing incidents reported in multiple towns, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the Ralph Pollard Lodge in Orrington around a trespass and theft complaint.
During the investigation, deputies determined that a man previously issued a trespass order at the lodge had returned to the property.
Authorities said the suspect also stole bottles and damaged a security camera while at the scene.
According to investigators, the same man had been previously connected to thefts and trespassing incidents in several area communities.
Although each individual incident was minor, deputies noted that the repeat behavior negatively impacted multiple groups, including charities.
Lee Davis, 60, of Bangor, was arrested and charged with felony theft due to prior theft convictions, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
