WILLIMANTIC — Officers arrested Victor Alexy Feliciano, 55, on Feb. 24 on an active arrest warrant following a narcotics investigation, the Willimantic Police Department said.
The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant on Feb. 4 at a residence in a residential neighborhood near Windham Middle School and Sweeney School.
During the search, officers seized 147.5 grams of cocaine, 14.2 grams of crack cocaine, a large scale, and drug packaging materials.
Feliciano was charged with multiple narcotics-related offenses, including sale of one-half ounce or more of cocaine, possession with intent to sell narcotics, possession of a controlled substance as a second offense, operation of a drug factory, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released on a $100,000 cash or surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on March 6.
