Middlebury woman charged with DUI #2, driving with suspended license

MIDDLEBURY — A Middlebury woman was arrested late Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating with a criminally suspended license.

Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop at approximately 10:49 p.m. on Case Street near Munson Road after observing a motor vehicle violation.

The driver was identified as Crystal M. Hall, 45, of Middlebury.

A records check showed Hall’s license was criminally suspended in Vermont.

Troopers reported observing signs of impairment and said Hall refused to participate in dexterity testing.

She was taken into custody and transported to the Middlebury Police Department for processing.

Hall was cited to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on March 17 at 12:30 p.m.

Middlebury police and MiddState Towing assisted at the scene.
