CUBA — Cuba police arrested James E. Bowker, 26, of Olean, on felony charges Monday night.
Officers took Bowker into custody at approximately 7:55 p.m. on charges of first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, both felonies.
Bowker was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
