LOCKPORT — A North Tonawanda man has been arrested on multiple sexual assault charges following an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Cole Kish, 24, who is charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual act, a B felony; first-degree sexual abuse, a D felony; promoting a sexual performance by a child, a D felony; and criminal sexual act, an E felony.
Kish was taken into custody by the sheriff’s office criminal investigation bureau after an investigation into the alleged sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl.
He was transported to the Niagara County Jail, where he will be arraigned through CAP Court.
