PENN YAN — A Corning man was ticketed by Penn Yan police after a traffic stop in the village.
Joshua S. Stone, 40, was observed driving on Liberty Street while having a suspended New York driver’s license and vehicle registration, police said.
A traffic stop was initiated, and officers determined that Stone was operating the vehicle without insurance.
Stone was issued traffic tickets for the offenses and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
