PENN YAN — Penn Yan Police have arrested two individuals in connection with a shoplifting incident at a local business.
Patrick T. Maddox, 56, of Penn Yan, and Roseann G. Poblete, 41, of Penn Yan, were charged with petit larceny following a complaint of stolen merchandise.
Authorities identified the suspects and later located them.
Both Maddox and Poblete were issued appearance tickets and released.
They are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
