PENN YAN — A Penn Yan man was arrested on a harassment charge following an alleged altercation, according to the Penn Yan Police Department.
Cory D. Scotchmer, 35, was charged with second-degree harassment after he allegedly started a physical altercation and subjected another individual to unwanted physical contact.
Police said a criminal summons was requested and granted by Penn Yan Village Court.
Scotchmer was issued the summons and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
