OWEGO — Police responded to 134 calls for service, made four arrests, and investigated four motor vehicle accidents during the week of Feb. 17 through Feb. 23, according to the Owego Police Department.
Officers issued two traffic tickets during the week.
Denzel T. Hall, 32, of the Town of Tioga, was arrested on a charge of second-degree burglary, a class C felony, following an investigation into a break-in at a residence on Liberty Street.
Hall was turned over to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.
Patrick J. Logan, 65, of the Town of Tioga, was arrested on a charge of petit larceny, a misdemeanor, following an investigation into a shoplifting incident at Family Dollar on W. Main Street.
Logan was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Owego Court.
Michael K. L. Stone, 30, of Owego, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Village of Owego Court for failure to appear in court on a trespassing violation.
Stone was turned over to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.
Colleen P. Kraszewski, 31, of Elmira, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Village of Owego Court for failure to appear in court on charges of criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, all misdemeanors, as well as a trespassing violation.
Kraszewski was turned over to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.
