ONEONTA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Milford man following an investigation into a reported past larceny at Walmart in the Town of Oneonta.
Justin M. Ingalls, 42, was charged with petit larceny, deputies said.
Ingalls was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
