MORRIS — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Patrick W. Burlison, 47, of Oneonta, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Morris.
Burlison faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of second-degree harassment.
Authorities said the victims requested an order of protection against Burlison.
He was held at the Otsego County Correctional Facility and arraigned the morning after his arrest.
Burlison was released and is scheduled to appear in Morris Town Court at a later date.
