NORTH NORWICH — A North Norwich man was arrested on multiple charges, including third-degree assault, after an alleged altercation that left two victims injured, according to the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a report of an assault in the town of North Norwich, where they located one of the victims and the suspect, Jesse A. Moore, 40.
An investigation determined Moore had engaged in a physical altercation with two victims, causing them injuries, authorities said.
Moore was taken into custody at the scene without incident and transported to the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail.
Moore is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, and third-degree assault.
