CHERRY VALLEY — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Cherry Valley woman following an investigation into a dispute in the town of Roseboom.
Kimberly Gianino, 39, was taken into custody on Feb. 16 and charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
She was processed and held at the Otsego County Correctional Facility as a pre-arraignment hold.
Gianino was scheduled to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court at Roseboom Town Court.
