CUBA — A Cuba resident was arrested on drug charges Friday night following an investigation by the Cuba Police Department Narcotics Unit, authorities said.
Nikie L. Burdick, 23, was taken into custody at approximately 9 p.m. and charged with two felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
Burdick was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment.
Police said the charges stem from Burdick allegedly being in possession of xylazine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine.
Patrol officers assisted in the investigation, police said.
