NIAGARA FALLS — Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Jerome Wingfield, 41, of Niagara Falls following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
Wingfield was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree.
He was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
