PLYMOUTH — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle or individuals responsible for illegally dumping a sofa at the end of Prestige Way.
The Plymouth Police Department said the incident occurred on Jan. 29 and is part of an ongoing problem with discarded furniture, televisions, mattresses and other debris being left in the area.
Authorities said the town’s public works department has spent significant time and resources cleaning up the illegally dumped items.
Police released an image of a truck seen in the area but acknowledged that the footage is not clear.
They are urging anyone who recognizes the vehicle, saw it on Jan. 29 or has noticed it elsewhere recently to come forward.
