BOSTON — Officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) arrested three suspects on drug charges following an investigation near Tremont Street by the Boston Common on Wednesday night.
At about 7:15 p.m., officers observed two individuals loitering in the area of 128 Tremont St. and monitored what they believed to be multiple street-level drug transactions.
A female suspect later approached the two individuals, and officers observed her inspecting an item in her hand before walking toward Hamilton Place.
Officers stopped the female suspect inside the Park Street Train Station and recovered crack cocaine and fentanyl from her sweatshirt pocket.
The two male suspects were found inside a parked vehicle near Arch Street and Summer Street. Both were asked to exit the vehicle and placed in handcuffs.
A search of the suspects led officers to recover a plastic bag of crack cocaine and approximately $1,745 in cash.
Malik Martin, 22, of Boston, and Phillip Blain, 21, of Boston, were charged with distribution of a Class A substance and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance.
Alexandra Felix, 29, of Salem, was charged with possession of a Class A substance and possession of a Class B substance.
Officers also determined she had three outstanding warrants for possession of a Class C substance, receiving stolen property, and breaking and entering.
All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
