SPRINGFIELD — A Springfield man was arrested Friday afternoon on an active in-state warrant.
Michael Runnells, 51, was located on Main Street at approximately 1:13 p.m. on Feb. 7.
Runnells was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
He was issued a criminal citation to appear in the Windsor County Criminal Court on Feb. 10 to answer to the alleged charge of arrest on an in-state warrant.
