ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department reported the arrest of Timothy M. Deakin, 59, of Lancaster, N.Y., on Feb. 20.
Deakin was taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Ellicottville Court.
He was charged with harassment in the second degree following an incident in the Town of Ellicottville.
Deakin was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court and released on his own recognizance.
