EXETER — A Massachusetts man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Exeter for violating a protection order.
Troopers from the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Derek M. Berge, 22, of 566 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts, at 3:58 p.m. on Feb. 18.
The arrest followed a motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway.
Berge was charged with violation of a protection order, first offense.
He was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released pending a future court date at the Fourth Division District Court.
