COVENTRY — The Coventry Police Department is investigating after receiving two complaints of tire spikes found in roadways or near driveways over the past several months.
The spikes were discovered in two separate areas of town, with the incidents occurring months apart.
Authorities noted that such items can be purchased online from known retailers.
Police are urging residents to remain vigilant and report any similar findings in roadways or areas where they could pose a risk to people or vehicles.
