BOSTON — Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a purse snatching in Roxbury earlier this month.
The incident occurred on Feb. 5 at approximately 6:25 p.m. near 100 Washington Street.
The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 40–50 years old, with a light brown complexion.
He is believed to be between 5’5” and 5’7” tall and weighs around 200 lbs.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black jacket with “Nautica” written on the back and a gray T-shirt.
The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the case.
