ATHENS — On Feb. 15, at approximately 9:18 a.m., the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at the intersection of Meetinghouse Road and VT Route 35 in Athens.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as Glenn Turner, 45, of Westminster.
Troopers observed signs of impairment and located drug paraphernalia on Turner’s person while he was inside the vehicle.
Turner was screened and subsequently arrested on suspicion of DUI drug.
He was transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
Turner was issued a criminal citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on April 15 at 8:30 a.m.
