HOLDEN — The Holden Police Department has issued an active arrest warrant for Thorr Ellis, who is wanted for violation of conditions of release and tampering with a victim following a domestic violence incident earlier today.
Ellis is currently on probation for manslaughter and tampering with a victim.
Authorities describe him as dangerous and potentially armed.
Residents are urged not to approach Ellis and to call 911 immediately if he is spotted.
