MANCHESTER — The New Hampshire State Police has activated the Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert System at the request of the Manchester Police Department.
Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating Glenn Chrzan.
Chrzan was last seen at 8:23 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, leaving the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester on foot.
He was reportedly traveling northbound on Notre Dame Ave.
Chrzan was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, black pants, and black slippers.
His family stated that Chrzan suffers from multiple health issues and has difficulty walking.
Anyone with information about Chrzan’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Manchester Police Department.
