BRADFORD — On Feb. 10 at approximately 2:27 a.m., Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury responded to a report of a vehicle parked in the middle of a travel lane on Waits River Road.
Troopers located the operator, Perry Harrness, 29, of Enosburg, unconscious in the driver’s seat of the vehicle.
An investigation revealed that Harrness displayed several indicators of impairment.
Harrness was evaluated at a local hospital for injuries unrelated to the incident.
He was cited to appear in Orange Superior Court for driving under the influence.
