STAMFORD — A second arrest has been made following the execution of a search warrant at a Stamford residence earlier this month.

On Feb. 7, Narcotics and Organized Crime (NOC) detectives executed a search warrant at 30 Peak Street.

During the search, authorities discovered a significant quantity of fentanyl, oxycodone, and other items in the bedroom of Jhonel Telemin-Valerio, also known as “Nellz.”

Among the items seized were 123.6 grams of fentanyl, 543 Oxycodone 30 mg pills, broken alprazolam pills, $8,000 in U.S. currency, two .380 caliber rounds, and packaging materials with a scale.

A criminal history check revealed that Telemin-Valerio, born Sept. 16, 1994, is a convicted felon with multiple prior arrests in Connecticut.

His prior charges include Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Larceny, Narcotics Possession with Intent to Sell, and Violation of Probation.

He is currently on parole until May 2026 for his involvement in a 2015 homicide at Lione Park in Stamford.

Detectives determined Telemin-Valerio to be a high-level narcotics dealer based on the quantity of drugs seized.

The estimated street value of the oxycodone was $16,290, while the fentanyl was valued at $8,652.

On Feb. 11, NOC detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Telemin-Valerio.

In coordination with Connecticut Parole, he was taken into custody without incident in Bridgeport.

Telemin-Valerio was transported to the Stamford Police Department Jail, where he was fingerprinted and processed.

He now faces multiple charges, including Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Operating a Drug Factory, and Criminal Possession of Ammunition.

His bond was set at $250,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 25.

A parole remand has also been issued.
