WORCESTER — Worcester Police Department Vice Squad officers executed a search warrant at a Plum Street apartment on Feb. 10.

At approximately 6:30 a.m., officers entered the rear of the apartment and detained three individuals.

As officers entered, others observed a loaded handgun being thrown out of a window. The firearm was recovered.

During the search, officers found bags of what appeared to be powder cocaine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine.

Officers also located a large-capacity feeding device loaded with 9mm rounds, packaging materials, and scales.

Twenty-five-year-old Drayal Perez Deaza, 27-year-old Karina Vargas, and 41-year-old Lisbed Rodriguez were arrested.

Deaza faces charges including possession of a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without an FID card, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of possession of a large-capacity feeding device, trafficking in cocaine (36-99 grams), trafficking in fentanyl (18-36 grams), and improper storage of a firearm.

Vargas faces similar charges but is charged with trafficking in fentanyl over 10 grams instead of 18-36 grams.

Rodriguez was charged with an outstanding arrest warrant and possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute.
