FALL RIVER — On Feb. 6, officers responded to an active break-in at 672 Tucker Street after receiving a report from the complainants.
The apartment’s front door showed clear signs of forced entry, and the complainants reported that intruders were still inside.
Officers located two masked suspects, identified as Donald Hernandez, 22, and Shiloh Fernandes, 20, inside the residence.
The complainants told police they had been terrorized the previous night by three masked men demanding money and attempting to force them out.
The suspects allegedly returned later that day, prompting the tenants to flee and call for help.
Hernandez and Fernandes were arrested and charged with breaking and entering during daytime with intent to commit a felony and unarmed burglary.
