Warwick — On Sunday, Feb. 9, at 11:54 p.m., troopers arrested Anthony J. Fusco, 41, of 5432 Old Providence Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia, following a road rage incident in Warwick.
Fusco was charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon, license or permit required for carrying a pistol, weapons other than firearms prohibited, and disorderly conduct.
The arrest occurred after Fusco allegedly brandished a firearm during a road rage incident, prompting a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in Warwick.
He was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight.
Fusco is scheduled for arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
