HARTLAND — A Hartland man was arrested for his second driving under the influence offense following a traffic stop late Sunday night.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:07 p.m. on Feb. 9 on U.S. Route 5 at Quechee Road.
Vermont State Police from the Royalton Barracks conducted the stop after observing motor vehicle violations.
The operator, identified as 40-year-old Anthony Wasilenski of Hartland, displayed signs of impairment, according to police.
Following an investigation, Wasilenski was arrested for driving under the influence.
He was transported to the Hartford Police Department for processing, where he was cited and released.
