SHELDON — On Feb. 9 at approximately 10:57 p.m., troopers from the Vermont State Police – St. Albans Barracks conducted a traffic stop on VT Route 105 near Danyow Road in Sheldon for observed motor vehicle violations.
The operator was identified as Steven Domina, 60, of East Fairfield.
While speaking with Domina, troopers observed signs of impairment.
Domina was also found to be operating a vehicle without a court-ordered ignition interlock device.
Following an investigation, Domina was arrested for driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
He was transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Feb. 10 at 1 p.m. to face the charges.
