WEBSTER — Three individuals were arrested on drug charges following a routine traffic stop on Sunday, Feb. 9, at approximately 6:18 p.m.

Officer Nicholas Trinque, a recent graduate of the Police Academy, was patrolling Main Street with his Field Training Officer, Officer Patrick Trainor, when they conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a headlight out.

The vehicle had four occupants inside.

While speaking with the driver, officers noticed a passenger without a seatbelt wearing a ski mask covering his face.

Officer Trinque requested the male’s identification to address the seatbelt violation, at which point the male became visibly nervous and provided a name and date of birth claiming he was born in 1898.

Officer Trainor recognized the passenger as Cameron Andrews, who had an active warrant for his arrest.

Upon confirming his identity, Andrews was asked to exit the vehicle and was placed under arrest for the warrant.

During the arrest, drug paraphernalia fell out of the vehicle onto the ground.

The remaining occupants were asked to step out of the vehicle as officers continued their investigation.

Assisted by Sergeant Larochelle and Officers Caruso, Donovan, and Cedeno, a search was conducted.

Officers located approximately 14 grams of crack cocaine, 14 grams of powdered cocaine, and a small amount of heroin.

Cameron Andrews, 30, of Main Street, Webster, was arrested for an active warrant related to trafficking cocaine, possession to distribute Class A substances, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

He also faces new charges of possession to distribute Class B cocaine and crack cocaine, as well as additional conspiracy charges.

Nicole Packard, 33, of Main Street, Webster, was arrested for possession to distribute Class B cocaine and crack cocaine, possession of Class A heroin, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Kimberly Daniels, 40, of Ramshorn Road, Charlton, was arrested for possession of Class B crack cocaine.

All three individuals were arraigned at Dudley District Court on Monday, Feb. 10.
