PROVIDENCE — On Friday, Feb. 7, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Kahlil Weiger, 33, of East Providence, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts.
The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Records and Identifications Unit.
Weiger was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he waived extradition proceedings.
He was ordered held at the ACI pending his return to Massachusetts.
In a separate incident, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Timothy Coll, 45, of Princeton, Massachusetts, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Hampshire.
The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Records and Identifications Unit.
Coll was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he waived extradition proceedings.
He was ordered held at the ACI pending his return to New Hampshire.
Also on Feb. 7, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Michael Cogean, 40, of Providence, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts.
The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Records and Identification Unit.
Cogean was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he waived extradition proceedings.
He was ordered held at the ACI pending his return to Massachusetts.
