ROCKLAND — A 60-year-old Waldoboro man was arrested Monday and charged with felony gross sexual assault of a minor under 13, police said.
Richard Turner was arrested by Rockland detectives following an investigation into an incident that occurred in the city in December 2024, according to the Rockland Police Department.
The incident was reported to police this week.
Turner was being held at the Knox County Jail as of 5 p.m. Monday.
