NORWALK — A man was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and breach of peace after allegedly entering a private property and offering candy to a child on Feb. 6.
According to the Norwalk Police Department, officers received a suspicious person call in the area of Woodward Ave. at 9:40 a.m.
Upon arrival, they were informed that a man had entered a private property and asked a child if they wanted candy and if they wished to listen to music.
When the child declined, the individual reportedly remained on the property, observing the child as they went into the residence.
Officers located Richard Fagan, 29, of 94 Washington St. Apt 2D, based on the description provided.
Fagan was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.
Fagan was held on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20.
