At about 4:29 p.m. on Wednesday, officers from District E-5 responded to a call at 75 Archdale regarding a carjacking.

The victim, who had just completed an Uber Eats delivery, reported that two individuals wearing ski masks robbed him of his vehicle.

The victim stated one of the suspects was armed with a firearm, and that three additional individuals entered the vehicle before it fled.

The stolen vehicle was later found at the rear of 237 Cummins Highway and towed for further investigation.

A description of the suspects was broadcasted by Boston Police Operations.

By approximately 8:10 p.m., members of the Youth Violence Strike Force spotted three individuals matching the suspect descriptions near Cummings Highway and Hyde Park Avenue.

After losing sight of the group briefly, officers found them on Rowe Street.

Upon approach, one suspect fled on foot, prompting a chase during which officers noticed the suspect clutching his waistband.

The suspect, a 15-year-old juvenile male, was apprehended in the backyard of 237 Cumming Highway.

A subsequent search in the area led to the discovery of a discarded firearm identified as a ‘ghost gun’ with a laser sight, one round in the chamber, and four rounds in the magazine.

The juvenile was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm, trespassing, and carjacking.

He is set to be arraigned in Boston Juvenile Court.

The other two suspects were located on Cummins Highway and Brown Avenue.

Ronnie Perry, 18, of Dorchester, was charged with carjacking, leaving the scene of property damage, and unlicensed operation.

Wilfredo Suarez-Rosario, 22, also of Dorchester, was charged with carjacking.

Both are expected to face arraignment in West Roxbury District Court.
